浅谈建筑工程主要原材料和“两强”检验中存在问题及对策

Remarks on Problems and Counter measures in Major Raw Materials and "Two-strength" Inspection of Engineering Construction

本文作者根据在工程质量监督工作中的实践,通过对施工送样和监督抽样检验结果的分析,指出当前建筑工程主要原材料和“两强”检验存在问题,认为单凭出厂质保书和施工单位的控制还不够,亟需加强质量监督力度,并介绍质量监督的对策和措施,以供参考。

Base on the author's work experience in engineering construction quality inspection practice, this article points out the problems in the present engineering construction raw materials and 'two-strength' inspection through the analyses of construction samples and sample inspection. The article argues that it is not enough only to inspect the letter of guarantee of quality from factories and to control by the construction writs and that we need badly to enlence the quality inspection. Moreover, it introuces the countermeasures of quality in spection for reader's reference.
