摘要
探索了培养基组分和培养条件对杨树菇菌丝体生物量的影响。结果表明,杨树菇液体发酵培养基的最优组合为:40g/L蚕蛹粉、20g/L可溶性淀粉、2g/LKH2PO4和1g/LMgSO4·7H2O;最优培养条件为:装液量320mL/L,接种量100mL/L,pH6.5,摇床转速180r/min,在(25±0.5)℃条件下恒温振荡培养8d,菌丝体生物量可达0.03g/mL。
Ingredients of medium and fermentational conditions of Agrocybe aegerita were studied. The experimental results showed that the compositions of optimal fermentation medium were as fellows : 40 g/L silkworm powder, 20 g/L soluble starch, 2 g/L KH2PO4, 1 g/L MgSO4 · 7H2O and the dry biomasses reached 0.03 g/mL with culture volumes 320 mL/L,inoculated volume 100 mL/L,pH 6.5,180 r/min,temperature 25 ℃ ,and cultivation 8 d.
