摘要
利用以(NH4)2SO4为惟一氮源的选择性培养基,从养鱼池塘水中分离筛选到1株高效氨氮脱除菌X2,当氨氮初始质量浓度为50mg/L时,该菌株在24h内的氨氮脱除率可达95%以上。初步鉴定该菌株为巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillusmegaterium),同时该菌株还具有硝酸和亚硝酸还原能力。对X2菌株的氨氮脱除特性进行初步研究结果表明,该菌株的生长与氨氮脱除同步进行;其脱除氨氮的最适温度和pH值分别为30℃和7.0;当氨氮初始质量浓度在50mg/L以下时,X2菌株基本可将培养基中的氨氮完全脱除。
A highly effective microorganism with the removal of ammonia nitrogen X^2 has been isolated and screened from a fishpond by the selected culture with (NH4)2SO4 as exclusive nitrogen source. The removing rate of ammonia-nitrogen of X^2 is over 95% within 24 h when the beginning mass concentration of ammonia-nitrogen is 50 mg/L. X^2 strain is identified Bacillus megaterium primarily and it can reduce nitrate and nitrite simultaneously. The removement characteristics of X^2 have been studied,and the results show that :the growth of X^2 strain and the removement of ammonia-nitrogen are synchronous ;the optimum temperature and pH of X^2 strain with ammonia-nitrogen removed are 30 ℃ and 7.0 respectively;ammonianitrogen of culture medium can be removed completely when the initial mass concentration of ammonia-nitrogen is under 50 mg/L.
