Enzyme Immobilization and Its Application in Enzyme Biosensor

摘要 简要介绍了传统的酶固定化方法,对这一领域的新进展进行了综述。对酶生物传感器在食品分析、环境监测、医学和军事上的应用作了介绍,并对其发展前景进行了展望。 The traditioal methods for enzyme immobilization were introduced in the paper. Recent advances in this field were reviewed. In addition,the applications of enzyme biosensors in food production,environmental inspection,medicine and military were reviewed, And the development prospect was put forward.
