摘要
用质量分数为85%的磷酸催化水解桑蚕茧,茧与磷酸的质量体积比为1∶4时,在100℃条件下反应,可制得平均粒径为250 nm的结晶性丝粉,收率达70%以上。并对样品进行了扫描电镜、示差热分析、X-射线粉末衍射等表征分析。
When the ratio of cocoon to phosphoric acid was 1 : 4 (mass : volume) , the silkworm cocoons were hydrolyzed at 100℃ with catalysis by 85% phosphoric acid,and the crystalline silk powder with average size 250 nm could be prepared. The product was characterized by SEM,DSC and XRD.
