无填料喷雾冷却塔技术的应用分析 被引量:6

摘要 辽阳石化分公司炼油厂第一循环水场加氢装置循环水冷却塔设计能力为2700 m3/h,原采用聚氯乙烯壤料。采用无填料喷雾冷却塔技术改造该塔后,气水比增加20%,流量增加600 m3/h,冷却温差提高2.2℃。经过半年的生产运行表明,改造后冷却塔的整体冷却能力明显增加,布水均匀,完全能使生产装置的高效运行。 The design capacity of the cooling tower in No. 1 cooling water plant for the cooling water from hydroprocessing units was 2 700 m^3/hr. After it was retrofitted with fillless spray cooling tower technology, me air to water ratio is increased by 20%, the flowrate is 600 m^3/hr greater than that before the revamp and temperature approach of coding water is 2.2 ℃ higher. The 6 months'operation show that the revamp is successful in expanding the cooling tower capacity. The water distribution is uniform and it can meet the increased cooling water requirements of the process units.
