基于可持续发展的环境容量概念体系及发展模型研究

Research on Carrying Capacity Concept System and Development Models of Sustainable Development

引入可持续发展理念,完善旅游环境容量评价指标体系,并给出了相关的计算模型。结合旅游地生命周期理论和影响旅游环境容量的需求容量和供给容量的平衡关系,对处于生命周期不同阶段的旅游景区进行旅游环境需求容量的状态模型和供给容量的动态发展模型的构建,分析其发展规律,提出了旅游环境容量的短期Logistic曲线型和长期复合Logistic曲线型发展模式。另一方面,在以往环境容量概念体系学者研究的基础上,综合考虑影响环境容量的各主要限制因子,将模型与“生命周期”对应起来,使环境容量在旅游地的规划、建设和管理上更具有理论指导意义。

Introducing the thought of sustainable development, the paper consummates the index sign system environment carrying eapaeity, and gives related calculation model. Combining the resort life cycle and the balance relation of the demand eapacity and supply capacity of the environmnet capacity, builds the state model of demand capacity and dynamic state development model of supply model in the different phases of a resort life cycle, analyzes the develop regulation, and puts forward the short-term Logistic curve type and a development of the hmg-term compound Logistic curve modes of the tour environment capacity. On the other hand, based on the former research of the capacity concept system, synthesizing to consider each main restrict factor of affect the environment capacity, corresponding model to ＂life cycle＂, makes the environmnet capacity have the theories leading meaning in the programming of the fround and instance and management of the resort.
