摘要
在二千多年的历史长河中,四川地区的六次移民高潮,都伴随着长城内外、大江南北的饮食文化习尚,它们同西蜀原有的烹调技艺相融合,极大地促进了巴蜀地域饮食文化的发展,形成与完善了独树一帜的川菜大系。
During the history of over 2000 years, Sichuan saw six immigration upsurges,along with catering customs throughout China. Their merging with the original cooking techniques contributes greatly to the development of Sichuan' s catering culture, which constitutes and improves the unique Sichuan foods series.
