My Views on How to Educate Higher Vocational Students to Do Pioneer Work

当前就业面临的主要问题是劳动者充分就业的要求与劳动总量过大、素质不相适应之间的矛盾。结合高职学生的实际,分析了高职学生自主创业的优势及存在的主要问题,探讨了以加大创业教育的力度来促进高职院校人才培养模式的改革。

The key problem in the present employment situation is that employees＇ demand for full employment is in clash with excessive workload. The article takes up analyses on the advantages and the key problems in the students＇ self-doing- pioneer work. and probes avenues to enhancing talents training modes innovation in higher vocational colleges on the basis of strengthening doing - pioneer - work education.
