摘要
宋代是中国古代经济发展史上的高峰时期,也是中国饮食史上的一个“盛期”。饮食原料的来源不断增多。食品加工和制作技术也更加成熟,饮食业打破了坊市分隔的界限。酒楼、茶坊、食店等饮食店遍布城乡各地,出现了前所未有的繁荣景象。宋代在饮食业的布局、营业时间、饮食结构以及进食方式上都得到了改进,并形成了简朴的饮食观。
Song Dynasty was the economical historical peak time in ancient China and " the prime season" in China' s catering history as well. The diet raw material origin increases unceasingly, the food processing and the manufacture technology are also more mature and the catering business broke the downtown streets separation boundary, and eating houses, restaurants and teahouses sprang up. Song Dynasty obtained its improvement in the catering business layout, the business hour, the diet structure, and so on, which formed the simple diet view.
