中国是多边贸易体制的积极建设者

China:The Active Constructor of the Multilateral Trading Regime

入世五周年来,中国在以WTO为主体的多边贸易体制中的地位明显上升,作用日趋增强,影响不断扩大。中国一方面成为多边贸易体制的最大受益者,另一方面积极与世界各国分享中国的“入世红利”和“增长红利”。中国正逐渐成为多边贸易体制的参与者、维护者和建设者。从理论上来看,中国入世五年,既是中国融入经济全球化的生动写照,同时也是中国作为新兴大国理智务实地处理现有国际体系、现有主要大国相互关系的一个缩影。

Since China＇s accession to the World Trade Organization five years ago, the world has witnessed China＇s ascending status, enhanced role and expanding influence in the multilateral trading regime represented by the WTO. As the biggest beneficiary of this multilateral trading regime, China has gradually become a participator, vindicator and constructor of this multilateral trading regime. Theoretically speaking, this five-year experience is not only a vivid reflection of China＇s integration into the economic globalization, but also a telling example of how China, as an emerging great power, deals with the existing international system and with major powers on a rational and pragmatic basis.
