高等教育大众化教学质量保障问题及对策探究

Current Situation and Trench of Teaching Quality Guarantee in the Popularization Process of Higher Education

随着我国高等教育进入大众化阶段,高校的教学质量受到了严峻的挑战。当前,高校教学质量普遍存在着办学经费投入不足,教学管理手段落后;师资的数量不足、结构不合理,生师比过高;专业、学科建设滞后,局部上还存在重复、交叉、布局不合理等问题。教学质量保障应从四个方面,即规范化、标准化、多样化和国际化入手,只有这样,才能使我国高等教育大众化教学质量得到切实的保障。

Teaching quality is a hot topic in the popularization process of higher education, which has become a core problem in higher education reform and development, especially after more students are enrolled causing the expansion of scale in higher education. How to guarantee teaching quality is an important issue which should not only be treated in a serious manner but also be given more common concern. It is argued that teaching quality in the popularization process of higher education can be guaranteed from four aspects ： normalization, standardization, diversification and internationalization.
