落实科学发展观对我国政府的管理提出了新的要求。我们要在实践中落实科学发展观,就需要进一步深化政府管理体制改革,实现政府职能的转换。政府管理必须坚持以人为本的原则,按照科学发展观的要求,提高政府社会管理和公共服务的水平,由经济导向转向服务导向,从根本上解决片面强调经济发展而忽略社会发展的问题,从而促进经济社会全面协调地发展。
