摘要
管理思想史的教学,不是再现全部管理的历史,而是显现管理思想演进的逻辑,这个逻辑一是文化的逻辑;二是人性的逻辑。这不仅是为了准确把握管理的历史,驾驭管理的现在,预测管理的未来,更是让学生掌握一种良好的治学方法,以为今后独立治学、充分借鉴历史进行管理打下良好的基础。
The teaching of the history of management thought is not to represent the whole history of management, but to demonstrate the evolving logic of management thought, i.e. , the logic of culture and that of humanity. The purpose is not only to understand the past and present of management and to predict the future of management, but also to enable the students to grasp a good method of studying and lay a good foundation for independent study and carrying out management by learning from the past in the future.
