本文认为我国现有的民事法律制度可以替代英美法系中回复信托制度的大部分的功能,但是无法完全的替代,特别是对原委托人权益的保护相对较弱,建议对此进行完善。

This text think existing civil legal system can substitute Great Britain reply trust most function of system in the American and French department, but unable complete substitution, ask someone to the whole story protection of rights and interests relatively weak, propose carrying on this completely.
