Expansion of life insurance distribution network in townships has always being a focus of attention in the industry. Accelerating distribution network expansion in townships is not only vital to a company's survival in market competition, but also a search for new growth sources of business. Nonetheless, it is a requirement in implementing the scientific concept of development and in implementing the "State Council Opinions on Reform and Development of the Insurance Industry". The healthy and sustainable development of the township network will not be possible without a clearly defined target market, appropriate preferential policy, unique pool of talented people, flexibly structured organization basis and proactive operational practices. Only by consolidating the foundation can the operation prevail. Only constructing a comprehensive and reliable foundation, can township network of life insurers prosper.
