保险监管合作与信息共享在我国的推进和发展

经济和金融的全球化趋势和背景、金融混业经营趋势、保险业务涉及多个领域，客观上都需要不同的金融监管领域的合作和信息共享。国际保险监管核心原则中关于监管合作与信息共享的思想和内容，就是监管机构在遵守保密要求的前提下，与有关监管机构合作和分享信息。监管合作及信息共享主要有国际保险监督官协会与各国保险监管机构的合作与指引；国家之间（包括某些地区）保险监管机构的合作与信息共享；保险监管机构与国内其它金融监管机构之间的合作与信息共享；国内地区间保险监管机构的合作与信息共享。目前，我国保险行业进入稳步发展阶段，对外资保险机构全面开放，保险投资领域也不断拓展。这都要求进一步加强监管合作与信息共享，构建良性的合作与共享机制，推动保险行业健康稳健发展。

The supervisory cooperation and information sharing is guided by the rides of IAIS and of the regulatory bodies of different countries. It includes the cooperation and information sharing between different countries or regions, between the insurance regulator and other domestic financial sector regulators, and between insurance regulatory bodies of different regions in China. China＇s insurance industry has entered a stage of stable development. It is fully opened to foreign insurers and its investment channels are widening constantly, This makes it even more important to cooperate with other countries＇ regulators and sharing information with them in order to promote sound and stable development of the industry.
