新疆农产品期货市场发展滞后的成因及对策研究

On the Underdevelopment of Farm Produce Futures Market in Xinjiang

农产品期货市场对农民安排农产品的生产、经营、提高收入有着日益显著的作用。但由于期货经纪公司的布局、宣传、人才、费用等方面的原因,新疆农产品期货市场发展严重滞后,利用程度很低。针对这种现状,从而应大力宣传期货市场的调节作用,积极组织农民参予期货交易,发挥农产品行业协会在利用期货市场中的引导作用,推进新疆的“社会主义新农村建设”。

Farm produce futures market plays an important role for farmers to arrange their production, operation and income increase. Owing to the layout, publicity, talents, and costs of future companies, farm produce futures markets in Xinjiang lag far behind. In light of this situation, efforts must be made in publicizing the regulatory function of futures markets, actively organizing farmers to be involved in futures trade, bringing into play the guidance of farm produce associations in utilizing futures markets, and pushing forward ＂new socialist countryside construcdou＂ in Xinjiang.
