法治与政治文明关系论纲

Relation between Rule of Law and Political Civilization

法治,是古今中外众多思想家思考的一个长盛不衰的永恒话题。政治文明问题也是近几年中国学者探讨的一个热点。而关于二者的关系,虽有论及,但还有待深入。在界定法治与政治文明两个概念的基础上,阐述了法治与政治主体文明、法治与政治意识文明、法治与政治行为文明、法治与政治制度文明、法治与政治生态文明的关系。

Rule of law is a permanent topic for all thinkers at home and abroad in ancient time or today and politic civilization issue is another hot topic for the Chinese scholars to discuss in recent years. As for their relation, it is mentioned but needs to be explored deeply. This paper, after making the definitions of these two concepts, expounds the relations between rule of law and political subject civilization, rule of law and political ideological civilization, rule of law and political behavioral civilization, rule of law and political systematic civilization, rule of law and political ecological civilization.
