摘要
叙述了禽蛋壳的形成过程、构造、物理性状和化学成分及质量指标等,通过数据对比分析,比较全面地评定了蛋壳的性状,对禽蛋的生产和蛋壳的开发利用提供了科学指导。
The shaping process, the structure, the physical characters, the chemical composition and quality index of eggshell were discuseed in the paper. Based on the contrast analysis of test data. The characters of eggshell were evaluated relatively comprehensive. The result is some significative in guiding production, deploitation and use of birds eggs.
