摘要
哺乳动物性别决定是以位于雄性Y染色体短臂上被称为SRY基因为调控中心、多基因参与的级联调控过程,包括初级性别决定和次级性别决定,前者是由染色体决定性腺的发育方向,后者通常是指由性腺分泌的激素决定性腺以外的身体表型,即第二性征。本文主要论述了参与哺乳动物性别决定与调控的相关基因、可能作用机制及其研究进展等。
Mammalian animal sex determination was an cascade process controlled by SRY gene which resided in the short arm of the Y-chromosomal and many other genes participate this process, including both primary sex determination and secondary sex determination. The former concerns the determination of the gonads by the Chromosomal. The latter concerns the bodily phenotype outside the gonads. The secondary sexual characteristics are usually determined by hormones secreted from the gonads . In this paper, mammalian animal sex determination, regulate and control genes, process mechanism and research headway introduced.
