摘要 为了实现大天区多目标光纤光谱天文望远镜LAMOST光纤定位系统的在线检测,构造了一套基于虚拟仪器技术的检测系统,对步进电机及其驱动电路进行实时检测和故障诊断。实现了对驱动单元的驱动电压信号和步进电机绕组电流信号的多通道同步采集、显示与分析,并在分析的基础上判别驱动电路的运行状态和步进电机的运转状态,将判别结果反馈至控制主机,控制主机根据反馈结果做出相应的决策。这为LAMOST光纤定位系统稳定且可靠地运行提供了保障,也提高了定位系统的维护效率。 To realize on-line test of LAMOST (Large Sky Area Multi-Object Fiber Spectroscopy Telescope) optical fiber positioning system, a testing system based on virtual instrument technology is built. The multi-channel data acquisition and state analysis are realized by making use of the testing system. Using these analytic results, these states of driver circuits and stepping motors are recognized. The recognized results are fed back to the main control computer. According to the state recognized results, corresponding decision is made by the main control computer. The testing system based on virtual instrument technology ensures the stabilization and reliability of LAMOST optical fiber positioning system.
