城市配电网综合管理系统研究

Research on Integrated Management System of Distribution Network

因配电网的设备种类较多,运行管理水平较差,而目前配电网信息系统众多,且数据共享性差,故配电网的综合管理已受到日益广泛的重视。为此通过理论研究制定配电网综合管理模式的技术路线后研发形成配电网综合管理系统。该系统先统一各信息系统的数据接口标准,建立具有标准数据模型的数据平台,并基于此开发辅助电力公司决策者进行决策的高级分析功能。通过系统的建立,既可充分整合现有数据系统,形成完备一致的电网数据,为各类电网分析提供统一的数据基础,又能对电网的网架结构进行宏观性分析,提出具有指导意义的建设和改造建议。

With the increasing constructions of distribution network and the rapid development of information system of the electric power enterprises, different kinds of systems had been built step by step. However, common data sharing among the systems was not paid much attention. But current distribution information systems have a good deal of data and their share percentage is oppositely low, so integrated distribution management has been concerned more and more widely. To solve it, the paper researches some distribution theories to form the technical course, based on which the integrated management system of distribution network is established, The chief object to build the system is the unification of data interfaces criterion of every information system and the establishment of the data platform with standard data model. The platform can build the data relation and sharing criterion of the basal information systems, classify and manage data from the present running systems in the basal layer and provide the dynamic data support effectively for the advanced analysis systems. And in order to assist the leader of the power corporation to make the decision, then the advanced analysis functions are developed for the work interface applied by related departments in the electric power companies. The result contains overall and individual indices, e.g. substations and feeders with most problems are listed. The establishment of the system can not only conform the existing data system to coordinate integrated and coincident data as the base of the power network analysis, but also research the framework of oower system to form the instructional advises to construct and reconstruct the network.
