摘要
糖皮质激素跨鼓室给药治疗免疫介导的内耳病作为一种局部给药方式,相比全身给药具用较多优点。本文拟从圆窗膜的解剖结构与物质转运特性,物质通过圆窗后的分布情况,糖皮质激素经圆窗给药后的药物动力学及内耳的糖皮质激素受体的分布对这一给药方式作一综述。
