摘要
将睛纶废丝在碱性条件下水解,经中和、洗涤后,加入交联剂甲醛反应,制得高吸水性树脂。实验表明,甲醛最佳用量为0.22%左右,所得树脂吸水率稳定在600~800g/g。
Waste acrylic fibres were hydrolyzed under alkaline condition and cross-linking agent formaldehyde was added after neutralization and cleansing for reaction to get high water-absorption resin. Experiments showed that optimum use of formaldehyed was ablut 0.22% and resin water absorption gained was stabilized at 600-800g/g.
