冠心病基因多态性研究 被引量:5

摘要 冠心病系多重危险因素与多基因障碍性疾病,研究表明冠心病存在明显的易感性基因。为此,本文综述有关冠心病的主要基因多态性,包括血管紧张素Ⅱ受体1、一氧化氮合酶、基质降解素-1、CD14单核细胞受体基因启动子、连接蛋白、G蛋白β亚单位及C反应蛋白基因多态性等。
