氨纶生产废水的处理与回用

The Treatment and Reuse of Urethane Elastic Fibre Industrial Wastewater

介绍采用水解酸化-内循环三相生物流化床-A/O工艺处理氨纶生产废水,并经无阀滤池进行深度处理后回用。进水主要水质参数为:ρ(CODCr)=600mg.L-1、ρ(ss)=200mg.L-1、ρ(NH3-N)=100mg.L-1,运行结果表明,处理后的出水水质为:ρ(CODCr)=59mg.L-1、ρ(ss)=41mg.L-1、ρ(NH3-N)=6.2mg.L-1,达到《连云港市水污染物排放标准》(DB32/180-1998)中的二级标准。

A combined process of hydrolytic acidification, inner loop three phase biological fluidized bed, anoxic/oxic （A/O）and valveless filter applied in the treatment and reuse of the urethane elastic fibre industrial wastewater is presented in this paper. The influent quality parameters were： ρ（CODCr） =600 mg·L^-1 、ρ（ss） =200 mg·L^-1、 ρ（NH3-N） = 100 mg·L^-1. After the treatment, those of the effluent were： ρ（CODCr） =59 mg·L^-1, P（ss） =41 mg·L^-1, ρ（NH3-N） =6.2 mg·L^-1 and up to grade 11 of the lianyungang wastewater pollutant discharge standard （DB32/180-1998）.
