参麦注射液对“双击”大鼠肝脏IκBmRNA表达的影响

摘要 目的:探讨参麦注射液的抗休克作用及其机制。方法:大鼠随机分为实验对照(Control)组、双击(HS+LPS)组、参麦注射液小剂量(HS+LPS+SML)组和参麦注射液大剂量(HS+LPS+SMH)组。大鼠动脉放血至平均动脉压40mmHg,维持10min。然后舌下静脉注射内毒素(1.5mg·kg-1),4h后检测血清NOS活性、NO含量和肝脏IκBmRNA的表达。结果:HS+LPS+SML组和HS+LPS+SMH组血清NO含量、NOS活性明显低于HS+LPS组(P<0.05),而IκBmRNA表达明显高于HS+LPS组(P<0.05)。结论:参麦注射液通过上调IκBmRNA的表达,降低NO含量和NOS活性,对组织细胞具有保护作用。 Objectlve To explore the anti-shock effect and molecular mechanism of Shenmai injection. Method Rats were divided into (HS+LPS) group, (HS+LPS+SML) group, (HS+LPS+SMH) group and the control group randomly, Serumal NOS activity, NO content and liver tissue's IkBmRNA expression were assayed 4 hours after "two-hits". Results NOS activity and NO content in (HS+LPS+SML) group and (HS+LPS+SMH) group were significantly lower than that in. (HS+LPS) group (P〈0.05), while IkBmKNA expressions in the liver tissue were markedly increased compared withthat of (HS+LPS) group. Conclusion Shenmai injection may through up-regulating IkBmKNA expression in the liver tissue, set down the NOS activity and NO content induced by "two-hits" and provide protective effects on histiocyte.
