关于企业安全生产管理人员素质现状及其培训的建议

Present Status of Quality of Safety Personnel in Enterprises and Suggestions on Their Training

通过采用取随机抽样调查的方法,对广东省企业安全生产管理人员队伍素质状况(包括学历、年龄结构、从业时间等情况)进行调查分析,得到目前企业安全生产管理人员存在的年青化、学历低、安全管理经验少、安全素质不高的结论。针对广东省企业安全生产管理人员队伍存在的问题,从法规建设、培训机构建设、培训基地建设、师资队伍建设、培训内容、培训考核等方面提出了对安全生产管理人员的培训建议,从而为提高企业安全管理人员素质提供有益参考。

The quality of safety personnel in enterprises is directly related to the realization of the safety target. Present status of safety personnel in enterprise in Guangdong province was investigated from education level, age structure, working age etc by random sample. It was found that among the personnel investigated most of them were young, low educated, lack of work experience on safety affairs and their quality was not so competent. Aiming at these problems, a series of suggestions about legislation, training institution, training basis, teaching staff, training curriculum, examination and other inspections were put forward in order to provide references for raising the quality of safety personnel in Guangdong province.
