调心饮对家兔动脉粥样硬化斑块组织核因子-κB、金属基质蛋白酶-2表达的抑制作用 被引量:13

摘要 目的:研究中药调心饮对家兔动脉粥样硬化斑块中核因子-kB(NF-kB)、金属基质蛋白酶-2 (MMP-2)表达的影响。方法:通过高脂+高胱氨酸饮食制作家兔动脉粥样硬化模型,灌药组分为高剂量调心饮组、低剂量调心饮组、复方丹参滴丸组,同时设空白组和模型对照组。利用免疫组化技术检测各组主动脉弓斑块中NF-kB、MMP-2的阳性细胞数。结果:主动脉弓斑块组织NF-kB、MMP-2阳性率表达,模型对照组>丹参滴丸组>高、低剂量调心饮组>空白对照组。结论:调心饮能抑制主动脉弓斑块中NF -kB、MMP-2的表达。 Objective:To observe the effects of tiaoxinyin on expressions of NF-kB and MMP-2 in rabbit's atherosclerotic psoriasis tissue.Methods: The atherosclerotic model was build by taking high fat and homoeystine diet,five groups were divided:normal,model,danshen dripping pill and tiaoxinyin two dose groups.The number of NF-kB and MMP-2 positive cells in atherosclerotie psoriasis tissue of aortic arch was tested by immunohistochemical method. Results:The positive rate of NF-kB and MMP-2 expressions of atheresclerotic psoriasis tissue in model group was obviously higher than that in normal group(P<0.01).Tiaoxinyin and danshen dripping pill could significantly improved it,the positive rate of NF-kB and MMP-2 expressions in these two groups was obviously lower than that of model(P<0.05-0.01),the effects of high dose tiaoxinyin group were better than those of pill group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Tiaoxinyin can inhibit the expressions of NF-kB and MMP-2 of atherosclerotic psoriasis tissue in rabbit's aortic arch.
