城镇电磁环境的控制技术

指出了兼容的电磁环境(EME)是现代社会赖以生存的必要条件,并提出对新建或改建的城镇可通过合理的规划、布局、设计、防护等手段来达到所需的EME,使之与现代文明相合拍。

This article indicates that a compatible electromagnetic environment is one of necessary conditions on which modern society depends for existence and puts forward some thoughts about making newly built or rebuilt cities and towns reach electromagnetic enviroment needed by means of reasonable plan, layout, design and protect etc. so as to keep in step with modern civilization.
