摘要
根据乡镇企业的特点,在概括乡镇企业污染表现的基础上,分析形成这种状态的主体因素,提出乡镇企业技术创新,减少环境污染;政府制度创新,强化监督管理;社会观念创新,提高环保意识的对策建议。
Based on the characteristics of township enterprises,this paper sums up the phenomenon of township enterprises and analyses the causes of the situation. Finally,it brings forward such countermeasures as：township enterprises adopt science and technology innovation to reduce environmental pollution;the government takes the institution innovation to strengthen supervision and management;the society adopts idea innovation to strengthen the sense of proteting the environment against pollution.
