摘要
根据莱宾斯坦的X效率理论和企业文化管理理论,分析了X效率与企业文化的关系,探讨了高技术企业X低效率的原因及实施企业文化管理的必然,提出了通过高技术企业文化建设来改善其X低效率。
On the basis of X-efficiency theory advanced by Leibenstein and enterprise cultural management theory, this paper analyzes the relationship between X-efficiency and enterprise culture,discusses the reasons for X,inefficiency of hi-tech enterprises and the necessity of the practice of enterprise cultural management. At last, it points out that the X-inefficiency can be improved by hi-tech enterprise euhural construction.
