浅议我国公司法人治理结构存在的问题及对策

公司治理是否有效,不仅直接影响投资者的利益,而且直接影响现代改革和经济发展的成效。结合我国国有企业公司制改革,在分析我国公司法人治理结构存在问题的基础上,对完善我国的公司法人治理结构提出了建议和对策。

Whether the company management is effective or not is discussed. It not only influences investors＇ interests directly but also influences the effects of the modern reform and economic development directly. On the basis of analyzing existing problems of company＇s corporate governance structure of our country,this paper in view of the reform of state-owned enterprises proposes suggestions and countermeasures in improving the company corporate governance structure of our country.
