摘要
本文研究了新矿物硫铝酸钡钙(3CaO·3Al_2O_3·BaSO_4)形成规律、热稳定性、杂质离子固溶情况,以及烧成温度对硫铝酸钡钙水泥强度的影响.结果表明,硫铝酸钡钙在900℃开始形成,1100℃形成速度加快,>1300℃开始缓慢分解为BaQ·Al_2O_3、C_(?2)A_2、SO_2等,但在1500℃仍可存在.硫铝酸钡钙水泥适宜的烧成温度为1300-1400℃.CaO可取代其中的BaO;Fe_2O_3可取代其中的Al_2O_3,取代极限为0.6mol Al_2O_3.
Some problems of barium-calcium sulphoaluminate (3CaO · 3AI2O3 · BaSO4) were studied in this paper, such as forming regularity/heat-stability and impurity ions solution. And we also studied the influence of clinkering temperature on strength of barium-calcium sulphoaluminate cement. The result indicated that the mineral is forming at 900℃, the forming rate accelerate at 1100℃ . And the mineral is decomposing slowly to BaO · AI2O3, C12A7 and SO2 when the temperature is higher than 1300℃. But the mineral still exist at 1500℃ . Suitable clinkering temperature for the mineral formation is 1300℃ - 1400℃ . BaO can be substituted for CaO in the mineral, AI203 can be substituted for Fe203, which substituted limit is 0.6mol Al203.
