Research on the Uniform Investment Protection Rules of China-ASEAN Free Trade Area

2010年之前中国—东盟自由贸易区将建立,将为促进中国与东盟之间相互的投资打下良好的基础。介绍了中国与东盟自由贸易区的投资和投资保护制度的现状,分析了现行投资保护制度存在的问题,并对构建统一的中国—东盟自由贸易区投资保护制度提出了相关建议。

China-ASEAN Free Trade Area will be established in 2010, which can promote the invest- ments between China and ASEAN. Beginning with the introduction of current investments and investment protection rules between them, the paper analyses the problems of the current investment protection rules, and puts forward some advice on the construction of uniform rules for China-ASEAN Free Trade Area.
