摘要
通过对高校物业管理现状的分析,从观念、体制、经费、用工、法规等方面探讨了目前高校物业管理中存在的主要问题,提出了当前推进高校物业管理发展的对策。
Through the analysis of the present situation for estate management in universities, the existing main problems are discussed from conception, system, funds, labor, laws and regulations, so the countermeasures of advancing current estate management are proposed.
