摘要 本文根据救援车辆出行特性提出救援车辆行程时间可靠度的概念,并基于元胞传输模型(Cell Transmission Model)构造了非信号优先情况下救援车辆通行仿真模型,然后在此基础上分析了救援车辆的行程时间可靠性。该研究结果为救援车辆出行行为仿真研究人员提供了一定的借鉴和参考,同时也为救援系统规划和管理部门提供了一种评价救援车辆响应效率的有效工具。 According to the travel characteristics of emergency vehicles(EVs), this paper puts forward the travel time reliability model for EVs on the urban road network, then based on the Cell Transmission Model, the simulation model is set up for simulating the EV's travel behavior without signal priority on the urban road. The simulation model of this paper supplies a good idea for researchers simulating the EV's travel behavior on urban road network. Furthermore, the index of travel time reliability for EVs may provide planners and commanders with a fine method to evaluate the impaction of road traffic conditions on EVs.
