This text takes the Reading Comprehension ＆ Composition items of the College English Test Band 4＆6 as the cut-in point, takes the teachers and students as the two major researching lines, discussing the importance and relationship between the textual and writing teaching; analyzing the weak links of the contemporary textual teaching problems, analyzing the text functions and semantics, text＇s specific formations and positions, tells us the significances of well realizing them.
