At 9 o＇clock, September 20^th, 2006, the opening ceremony of 2006 China Lingtai TCM and Acupuncture International Symposium ＆ Huang Fumi Cultural Festival was held in Jingshan Park of Lingtai Town, Gansu Province of China. It is hosted by WFAS, China Association of Acupuncture and Moxibustion, Health Administration of Gansu Province and the Government of Pingliang Town. Deputy Director-General of State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine, PRC., Wu Gang, President of WFAS, Prof. Deng Liangyue, Ministry of Propagandize of Gansu Province, Li Xiaojie, Vice-Governor of Gansu Province, Li Ying, Health Administration of Gansu Province, Hou Shenghua, President of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences, Prof. Cao Hongxin, other 200 experts and scholars from Korea, Norway, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and other countries and regions, and tens of thousands of people participated in the grand opening ceremony
