法学的创新是我国建设创新型国家之所需,也是建设法治社会之根本,亦为建设和谐社会必由之路。而“以人为本”之科学发展观的提出则为我国法学的创新提供了动力源泉。在“以人为本”的语境下,中国法学创新将从法律观的创新、法律原则和法律规则的创新两个途径展开,并将促进我国完备的法律制度和完善的法律理论体系的建构。

To bring forth new ideas in the science of law is the requirement for our country to be a creative society, the base of building a society ruled by law, and also the essential way to construct a harmonious community. The man-centered scientific developing concept provides the motive power of creation for the science of law in China. Under the context of man-centeredness, creation of the science of Chinese law is expanding in the two ways of creations of legal concept, and principles and rules of the law in China. This can bring the perfection of not only of the legal system but also the legal theoretical system in our country.
