摘要
培训的理论探索一直无人重视,这与构建学习型社会和实行终身学习的现代化要求极不相适应。本文力图在培训理论探索的平台上,对培训及培训方案设计进行意义阐述,对需要培训的组织、工作、个人进行分析,通过培训需求分析确定培训目标,以培训目标为指南来设计培训方案,根据具体情况考虑哪些因素进行择优处理,确定初步方案,再对培训方案评估修改,最终设计出一个有效的培训方案。
Little attention has been given to the theoretic research of training, which is not adaptable to the requirements of learning- based society and life - long learning modernization. Based on the platform of the theoretic research of training, the paper intends to explain the training and training design and analyze the necessary organization, work and persons for the training. The aim of the training can be defined through the training requirement analysis so that the training design can be made according to the aim and the best program can be made according to the evaluation and revision of the training design.
