On the Connotation and Coordinated Development of Well-off Physical Education

小康体育是介于不发达体育和发达体育之间的、大体上与社会经济协调发展的体育,其发展具有多层次性,存在的问题是,人们对体育还存有不正确的认识,群众体育锻炼方法缺乏指导,基础设施投入不足,因此,需要从制度创新入手,重塑体育发展的微观基础,开创非公有制体育发展的新局面。

Moderate sports lie in between developing sports and developed sports, which roughly developed with the society in a harmonious way. Moderate sports＇ development is multilevel. However, there are three problems about moderate sports： First, people have no right knowledge of sports. Second, people lack being guided in physical training way . Third, there is no enough sports facilities. Therefore, it is necessary to begin with regulation creativity and then reestablish microcosmic foundation of sports development and finally create a new situation of non-public sports development.
