胰岛素强化治疗对初发2型糖尿病胰岛功能的影响

Effects of intensive insulin treatment of the B cell function in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus

目的研究胰岛素强化治疗对初发2型糖尿病胰岛功能的影响。方法给予84例初发2型糖尿病胰岛素强化治疗,对比治疗前后胰岛功能变化。结果胰岛素强化治疗后的部分病例可以较长时间保持血糖正常。结论胰岛素强化治疗后的部分病例胰岛恢复正常分泌功能模式。

Objective To study the effects of intensive insulin treatment on B cell function in patients with newly diagnosed type 2 diabetes mellitus （DM）. Methods Eighty-four patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were given intensive insulin therapy and observed for changes in B cell function compared with pre-treatment status. Results The levels of insulin were significantly improved at 60, 120, 180 minules in 75 g OGTY in part of this series after intensive insulin treatment. Conclusion Intensive insulin treatment provided good control of blood sugar and recovery of normal B cell function in some patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
