刍议“次道德”和“亚道德”及其合理性问题

On "Sub-morality" and "Nontraditional Morality" and Their Righteousness

人类社会自古以来一直存在“次道德”和“亚道德”,在现实生活中人们一直利用“次道德”和“亚道德”教育和帮助犯有罪错的人。在当代中国,肯定“次道德”和“亚道德”的合理性及其道德价值,是社会走向文明进步的表现,有助于促进社会主义法制和道德建设。

This article holds that the ＂sub-morality＂ and ＂nontraditional morality＂ have been existing in human society since the ancient times. In real life, people have been using the ＂sub-morality＂ and ＂nontraditional morality＂ in educating and helping the guilty person. In contemporary China, affirming the rationality and moral values of the ＂sub-morality＂ and ＂nontraditional morality＂ is the performance of social civilization and progress, and also is helpful to the promotion of socialist legal system and the moral construction.
