我国财政支出的城乡效应实证分析

An Empirical Analysis on the Rural-urban Effect of Fiscal Expenditure in China

文章采用面板数据对我国财政支出的城乡效应进行了分析,发现财政支出政策能在一定程度上缩小城乡断裂,但在弥合某一方面城乡断裂的同时加大了其他方面的城乡断裂。为将我国建设成为和谐社会,政府在有选择地实施财政支出政策的同时,还应该配合使用其他政策。

This article makes an analysis on the rural-urban effect of fiscal expenditure through panel data model, finds that fiscal expenditure policy can shrink some aspect of rural-urban rupture to some extent while enlarge other aspect, indicates that to achieve the goal of making our country harmonious society, governments should carry out fiscal expenditure policy cautiously and there is necessary to use other policies at the same time.
