科技期刊影响因子与科研绩效评价

The Impact Factors of Science and Technology Periodical and the Assessment of Scientific Research Achievements

针对片面强调影响因子在科技期刊和科研绩效评价中的作用的现象,论述了影响因子(im pact factor,IF)及IF值的影响因素,分析了不同学科领域、出版时滞、引文条目以及伪引等对影响因子(IF)值的影响,认为在对科技期刊和科研绩效评价中不能单看其影响因子,应该科学地使用科技期刊评价系统中提供的各项指标,科学使用影响因子。

In the light of the phenomenon of one-sided emphasizing the functions of the impact factors in the science and technology periodical and the assessment of scientific research achievements, we discuss their influence factors. Through analyzing the affects to the value of influence factors in different courses ,publish delaying ,the items of quotation and false quotation, it shows that we must use the impact factors scientifically in the science and technology periodical and the assessment of scientific research achievements.
