在元杂剧公案剧的创作中,儒家思想处于主导地位。本文从“法正天心顺,伦清世俗淳”中所反映的儒家“仁政”、“人治”的政治思想和伦理道德规范的角度,来阐释剧作家在公案剧创作中的心理期待。

In the creation of the yuan drama about trying cases, the Confucian thought holds the humor position. This article set forth concretely the psychology expectation of the writers in yuan period whose drama were about trying cases from benevolent rule and sage governing of Confucianists policy thought and the angle of the ethics and moral standard.
