摘要
在兵团城镇化建设中,文化建设是其重要的组成部分。文章对城镇文化建设的基本要求、兵团城镇文化发展的基本途径以及兵团城镇居民素质的培养和提升等方面进行了阐述。
Cultmral construction plays an important role in the naral of XPPC. This article elaborates the following aspects, such as the basic demands in the rural construction, the primary ways of rural cultural development of XPPC and the improvement and training the quality of rural inhabitants.
