高校贫困生问题是高校普遍存在的问题。随着1997年全国高等教育招生工作的“并轨”和高校扩招,贫困生数量逐渐增加。高校应根据实际情况初步建立与完善资助贫困生救助体系,并且在发挥高校的教育主体功能下做好贫困家庭学生的思想教育工作。

The problem of poor students in colleges and universities is very prevalent. With the combination of the nationwide recruiting of higher education in 1997 and the enlarging the hisher education, the numbers of poor students gradually increase. The colleges and universities practically establish and perfect primary system of staking and ministering the poor students and carry out the ideal educational work to the poor students through bringing the educational primary function into play.
